How does it work?
Whether you have unaddressed trauma from your past, are suffering from symptoms of depression and anxiety or are simply going through a rough patch in life, therapy can help.
The therapy hour lasts 50 minutes. This is your space and you can bring whatever you choose. There are no judgements or diagnoses made in my therapy room, all feelings and ideas are acceptable. Therapy moves at your pace and it is also your decision when to end and move on.
I hope to help you to shift things in your world, find your own answers, your own self-acceptance and help you to simply gain more control, sense of self and autonomy. I find once this has been attained, life can often seem easier.
I understand how daunting it can be speaking to a virtual stranger, therefore I aim for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I believe it is important to feel comfortable in the room with your therapist. I often liken short term therapy to a train on a track. If you shift the track an inch, a few miles down the line it will be miles from its original path.
