About Me

I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have been working on a clinical basis with clients since 2015. I work with, among other things, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, OCD, trauma, post-natal depression, work stress, low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, separation and bereavement.

  • 2023 - Accredited with BACP - To become an accredited member, therapists need to demonstrate high standards of training, competence and experience, as well as personal awareness and understanding of the way they work and how it helps clients.
